It’s reported in September 6 that in September 5 the chairman of commerce department electronic and science industry and vice-manager of country electronic product export and import office—Zhang Li said in the international forum about 2009 china car industry development that facing the nerve situation of our country car parts export our country was making export rebates and expanding investment support to pull the development of our cart part export.

Zhang Li introduced in 2009 China Car Industry Development International Forum that the country would keep the stable car export rebates, basing on a principle that rebating depended on cost, with a 17% rate. The insurance scale of short-term export credit also changed from 43.2billion to 84billion dollars; and the insurance rate also turned from 0.63%to 0.45%; financial organizations were encouraged to loan with documents, export orders and so on. The car, fitting manufacture industry, electronic information industries also were importantly supported. Other policies were that enterprise was encouraged to create independently, and export base construction of country car and parts were under rapid development, the public service platform to car export would get more supports to develop the international cooperation and communication of the enterprises to deal effectively with the international trade gaps.
